Daily ART UAB keeps the following information about the customers:

  • First and Last Name
  • Company’s Name and VAT number
  • Contact information: email and phone number
  • Bill and Delivery addresses
  • Customer’s Order History

The information is needed to issue the invoice and to deliver the order.

The information might be used to inform registered customers about new products, sales, and other industry news.

The information is not sold or passed to the third parties at any time.

Daily ART UAB does not collect or store any credit card information. We use Paysera or FirstData payment gateways to process credit or debit card payments.

Today the shipment to the following countries is possible:

Albania, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom (UK), United States (US).

Shipment Terms & Conditions

All shipping and handling fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable. Daily ART UAB reserves the right to alter, apply or waive the delivery and packaging charges at our absolute discretion.

Your orders will be processed on daily basis during a business day, Monday to Friday. The daily cut-off time for order processing will be at 10 am (GMT time). Orders that are placed on weekends or Lithuanian public holidays will be then processed on the following business day. Orders are usually picked up and packed within 1-5 business days and delivered within 1-5 business days (depends on the location) once the payment is made and confirmed.

Daily ART UAB endeavors to get your item(s) shipped to you as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee to meet the scheduled delivery on all occasions. Delivery times for suburban/remote areas may be longer. Delivery times are indicative only and Daily ART UAB always in cooperation with transport companies to ensure the best delivery quality and time. However, Daily ART UAB does not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.

All risk of damage or loss is transferred to you upon dispatch of the item(s) to the advised recipient address. Daily ART UAB undertakes to provide adequate packaging and a reliable delivery service but is not responsible for any damage or loss of your purchase in transit, nor does Daily ART UAB insure against loss or damage of your purchase in transit.

Buyer has to pay the shipping fees again if the shipping was returned due to incorrect address provided by the buyer.

When the payment transaction is succeeded, an Order Confirmation and a Shipping Tracking Number will be sent to you. Any delay in the shipment or unavailability of purchased items will be notified via email.

Moreover, all items sent to you are checked thoroughly before dispatching. Thus, all items sold/sent are non-refundable and no warranty is provided. Daily ART UAB reserves the right to alter and apply the shipping & refund policy at our absolute discretion.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused and unopened item for a refund (not including shipping costs) within the first 14 days following your order. Please keep all original packaging; items not in their original condition are not returnable. In order to receive credit, all products must be returned in the original packaging and including all original contents.

Note: Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hrs.

Return Instructions

To return an item, contact email us @ sales@dailyart.eu

Include the following information:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The item article number of the product(s) you wish to return.
  3. How many of each product you wish to return.
  4. The reason for the return. For example: Is the item defective or damaged?
  5. Was the wrong item shipped?
  6. The condition of the item: opened or unopened.

We will reply by email with a return authorization number and shipping instructions for your return.

We suggest shipping with a carrier that provides proof of delivery as items lost or damaged in transit cannot be credited.

DO NOT write on the product’s box or packaging as this will make your item non-returnable.

No returns of any kind can be accepted without a return authorization number.

Once our warehouse has processed your return, the refund will be applied to your credit card account or bank account. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the processing of returned merchandise.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund for refused shipments of undamaged products returned to Daily ART UAB.

Daily ART UAB pays return shipping only for items shipped to you in error.

Any claims for damage and/or shortages must be made within 48 hrs.
