    Order Handling Time
    The orders are processed daily during a business day, Monday to Friday. The orders with weight up to 60 kg are usually packed and shipped within 2-3 business days, others within 5-8 business days.

    Poland: 2-3 business days
    Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Slovakia, Germany: 3-5 business days

    Damage in shipping

    If you noticed that the package is damaged or opened at the time of the delivery, please do the following:
    take a picture of the damage
    inform the currier about the damage, and make a clear written statement about the damage on the delivery manifest, take a picture as well
    sent the taken pictures and the list of the damaged goods to wshop@dailyart.eu, we will replace

    Return Policy

    You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This "cooling off" period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods.
    How to Return: Tell us that you want to return your purchase. Please send an email to wshop@dailyart.eu, including the order number and the list of products you wish to return. Please wait for the return approval and further instructions from our team. When return confirmation is received, you must send the goods back within 14 days.
    All returning items must be unused and in original packing. The returning package must be adequately packed to avoid product damage during the shipment.
    You should send the returns by yourself. You may choose any shipping service. If you want us to collect the return, please ask our team wshop@dailyart.eu to help (an additional fee is applicable depends on the collection place).
    We give you a refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. However, we can delay refunding you if we haven't received the goods or evidence that you've returned them. Your refund must include the shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase (except any extra service fees).

    Protection of personal data

    A buyer can order goods in the webshop:
    by signing up in the web store - by entering the data requested in the registration
    without signing up at the store
    A buyer ordering goods shall provide personal data necessary for the order to be duly executed and delivered. We need a name, surname, delivery address, telephone number, and email. We keep this information in the company accounting database and share it with shipping companies for the delivery. All third-party agents are GDPR complied. Buyer signing up commits not to disclose login information to anyone.
